Starts April 11. Inspired by the book “Praying with the Body” by Roy DeLeon, our certified instructor will invite us to pray Psalms with our body. This group is about gentle fitness, but also innovative praying with our motions. All levels welcome.

Starts April 23. Cardio Dance and Connect is a group where you can enjoy an hour of fun cardio, dancing and connecting. This group is open to anyone who is looking to have fun while staying active. All levels welcome.
